Freeze-dried mare’s-milk is distributed in packages containing 100 grams of powder. This is equal to approximately 1-liter fresh mare’s milk. Frozen mares’ milk is sold in packages of 2 deciliters. The milk is frozen and freeze-dried in the most lenient way possible. Neither frozen nor freeze-dried milk has been added any kind of conservative matters. The milk is produced in Norway according to the demands required for production of foodstuffs. In order to preserve all valuable matters, the milk has not been pasteurized prior to drying. It is therefore produced under stringent hygienic demands.
