How to use
People who should not drink mare’s milk:
Under certain circumstances it is not recommended to drink mare’s milk.
1. Mare’s milk contains lactose and should therefore not be taken by
people suffering from lactose intolerance. This also accounts for
persons suffering from diabetes mellitus. (Insulin dependent diabetes)
2. If you suffer from serious allergic reactions, you should however
follow ordinary rules of cautiousness when trying new types of food and
drink. That is, you should consume small amounts to test if allergic
reactions occur from intake.
3. Persons allergic to mare’s hair should be very cautious.
